An Excellent Experience at Zest Laundromat

Around here, life gets busy, and sometimes laundry piles up faster than I can handle. That’s exactly where I found myself today, with a mountain of clothes needing a thorough, bulk wash. A quick online search led me to “Zest Laundromat” in New City, New York, boasting nearly five stars in reviews. Though it was a bit of a drive, but I didn’t mind. I’m so glad I went.  

From the moment I walked in, the experience was nothing short of delightful. It's not big. However, the staff, particularly the ladies on duty, were incredibly pleasant and very helpful. They smiled, that's so rare these days. Working in healthcare, I understand first hand how crucial it is to leave customers or our patients and their families happy and satisfied. Zest Laundromat truly excelled in this regard.  

Shortly, I then realized I didn’t have cash, I assumed I would need to make a trip to the bank. However, one of the attendants quickly put my worries to rest when I explained my plight. She explained that I could pay with a credit or debit card, saving me time and hassle. That simple gesture made my day.  

The surprises didn’t stop there though. The dryers were completely free, yes, free! 

I'm always skeptical of the word “Free”. I have learned to embrace the fact that nothing is ever free-there's always a catch. 

But they told me it is and I only had to pay for the wash. Their machines were spotless, efficient, and far superior to any I have encountered elsewhere. 

It was clear that Zest Laundromat takes pride in maintaining their equipment and creating a very welcoming and amiable environment for customers.  

Having previously written about the laundromat business during my time on the island (Eastern Long Island), I can confidently say that Zest Laundromat is in a league of its own. Their thoughtful approach to service, attention to their customers, and above all their free dryers make them truly second to none.  

Zest Laundromat has earned my five-star rating today with a big smile. Keep up the excellent work for you’ve gained a loyal customer in me!
