You will Never know the Hour.

After I finished doing my Phil assignment late last night, I jump unto my bed, and turning right I got hold of my TV remote.
What should I watch? Was the very first question to hit my poor skull as I had some 300 different channels.
My favorites channels cannot even be counted to 10, out of these numerous channels. And among my favorites is Bloomberg TV. With this particular channel especially during late hours like I was, I am able to watch business news of how the world top economies are doing and coping with almighty depression.
And yesterday, I was able to watch from Hong Kong, China, the US, UK, Italy, Spain, down to Greece and then JAPAN.
It was nice to know how robotic the Japanese economy was after haven’t had the great depression sweeping through the US and other economies.
Japan, also known as the world third strongest economy, a compliment worth enough to make every citizen of Japan proud.
In fact, they were actually the second most powerful economy immediately after the US, but later last year, they lost that status to their sister nation China, but been the third is still an enviable position when placed on the same scale with other countries in the world.
And who could know? I asked myself all day today. And shortly after I retarded to bed, I woke up with the first thing  on TV as; the country of my eyes Japan, has been hit by an incredible footage of Tsunami cum EQ of 8.9 magnitude. That is really massive, more than what hit Haiti early last year killing some 200,000 people.
I was so sad to the very bottom of my dear heart. Do you remember Japan? That is where all the good Yamaha motors we enjoy in Ghana are made. If you doubt this, the next time you see you teacher riding one, get to him and ask, where is this motto made? and he will look and tell you Japan. They have a very good system of technology and remember Toyota, one of the finest cars in the world is from Japan. The terrible thing about such incidence is that, lives are lost and resources wasted and later, more will be needed for rebuilding. The country will definitely need its life back at all cost. No matter what happens, life must continue unless the owner of the planet say, I will get rid of you all and have another species to replace you like He did in the days of Noah. That, He even promise never to cause such destruction to the earth in the good books (The Bible).
And in the wake of such natural disasters, the death toll is often nothing, but shocking. And to make things worse for me, I even have this sweet and lovely friend from Japan and I was so worried of her, and immediately, I had to find out how she was doing, so as her family and her responses was good to me, she said all was ok, with her and the family. But the truth is, it's her country and she will still feel that emotional trauma.
But then again, this is the action of nature and not the plans of anybody. It came unformed as something possible could have been done to minimize damage. The forecaster even said, the quake will be extending its damages to the West Coast of the United States, with some States such as Hawaii, Alaska and California in great danger. And this has accordingly prompted many to evacuate their homes to safer places of domicile. Man must run for his dear life.
Well, these are some of the things we need to always take a pause sometimes in our ever busy lives to reflect on, and this to some extent, should be able to explain somethings to us about God and nature.
Many still believe there is no God, and do things to their fellow brothers and sisters without thinking twice about how others feel because of their reactions.
We go crazy many a times and pick up weapons and kill our own people in the name of our parochial interest, we get power through the support of our very people and later forget it all and think we are some kind of gods or deities with extraordinary powers. But when nature speaks, no man, I mean no man is able to stand up and retaliate or simply say “shut up nature”. So my question is, who are we? like the people of Japan, many are displaced, accordingly some 4 million inhabitants and the death toll kept rising every single micro-second.
May God help us, and we need to be seeking forgiveness all the time, and pray we get our iniquities washed before the day or hour reach.
Stand up now, for you will never know.
Stay blessed all you good ones out there.
