Boston vrs Miami Night@TGIF

It was one wonderful evening with friends and immediate to my right in the above picture is; Ms. Olena, Ms. Jaimie, and our own Mr. Rafael at TGIF Restaurant in the Palisades Mall. We all happen to converge there that fateful evening to watch the basketball game which was seemingly tied between the two big teams; the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat. Of course we were all kind of there to support our one and only sister being a die-hard fan of the Miami Heart, Jaimie Martinez. And that was actually our second time there to watch the game; it was amazing to also have had one brother being a supporter of the Celtics in our midst, Mr. Michael.

So when the game started, Celtics were quickly way ahead of the Heart in terms of points and one could tell they were on the verge of winning, and that obviously gave my friend the confidence that the Celtics were going to carry the day in end.

But, pardon me to bring you into the good books;somewhere in the Bible's New Testaments, I read about the laborers in the vineyard that, the laborers who went out to labor in the gardens for its owner were all there at different times of the day, and yet they were all paid the same amount of wages after work. This the first group thought themselves as unfair so they complained to the owner why that unfair wages considering when they came to work, and when the last man also came in, but the owner took it upon himself to explain the reasons behind his action for paying them all the same for coming in at different times of the day to labor.
First he made it known to them that, it was an agreement and he never flaws the agreement, and it was very true, and second that it was his money and hence his generosity to the last man, and finally he ended the whole issue by stating that, "the last shall be the first and the first shall be the last".
My point is that, in the end, Miami Heat carried the day, with Boston being the losers even though many of us there never thought it could be a possibility.
However, one of the things I always learn from games is the lessons, which are meant for everyday's life. For instance, if we had made a bet with Celtics, we could have ended up with monies in our pockets, and or, if we had had a heated argument about the possible winners, someone would have ended up saying winning for Miami would have been impossible but that ended up been the case. This also explained the end as justifying the mean, and I hope something has been derived from my little piece.
Love you all guys including all who weren’t in the photo, thus brothers Michael and Rene.
