Shut the TV off.

Guess what? at the University of Massachusetts, researchers found that people who watched TV during a meal consumed 288 more calories on average than those who didn't.

Fighting weight and measurement of calories in meals, is the single most important concern of the average American as we all know.

And the reason being that: What you're seeing or watching on the television, distracts you and in turn keeps your brain from recognizing that you're full, when you actually do.
So please, for your own good, just eat the food without the TV, and probably have some full table unity and after that, you can go back and watch all you want on TV. I do know this sound so easy, than actually heeding to it. But it's simple so do, just "Shut the Tub off", which will also be a great measure of self discipline, especially when fighting weight.

Thank you for reading:)
